RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Merchandise may only be exchanged via mail within 14 days of purchase date and must be accompanied by original receipt received with the shipment delivery. Merchandise may not be returned for refunds but can be returned for store credit. Exchanged goods must be returned unused. Antique accessories are final sale and cannot be returned. All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping is currently only available in the United Kingdom & USA. Standard ground shipping is free. Priority Shipping starts at $7.00 and ranges depending on the shipping address. Next day shipping is $20.00.

Standard ground deliveries are free of charge. Additional fees start at $7.00 and are adjusted based on your address. You can get an estimate of shipping charges in the cart area.

We will ship your merchandise along with shipping confirmation and a tracking number for you. All orders ship within 7-10 business days of placing your order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

Standard ground shipment in the United States may take up to 7-10 business days. If your order was placed Monday through Thursday before 10am PST it will be shipped the same day or the day after if it is in stock. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 10:00am PST, the order may be shipped the same day; if not it will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER A PRODUCT THAT IS OUT OF STOCK?
All merchandise at Briefcase is limited. We operate on first come first serve. We do our best to remove items as they sell. If you place an item in your shopping bag that is currently out of stock, the Customer Service department will contact you informing you about the availability of your purchase.
